GLAM HOUSE PHOTO & VIDEO AGREEMENT  
(Aerial Glam House Experience)

By booking a session, you agree to the following terms:

BOOKING & PAYMENT  
Full payment or required deposit must be made to secure your session.  
All payments are non-refundable but may be transferred one time with at least 48 hours notice.  
Late arrivals will result in reduced session time.

SESSION DETAILS  
Sessions are timed (20–30 minutes depending on package).  
Please arrive on time and ready.  
A 10-minute transition time is allotted between sessions.

PHOTO & VIDEO DELIVERY  
Proofs will be delivered within 48 hours.  
Final edited photos will be delivered within up to 2 weeks.  
Video edits will be delivered separately by Aerial Glam.  
No raw or unedited images or videos will be provided.

ADD-ONS  
Additional edits, photos, or prints must be purchased separately.  
Add-ons are non-refundable once completed.  

---

USAGE & COPYRIGHT / MODEL RELEASE  
All content is for personal use only unless otherwise agreed.  
By booking, you grant Aerial Glam permission to use any photos and videos taken during your session for marketing, advertising, social media, website, and promotional purposes.  
Commercial use by the client must be approved and may require an additional fee.

CLIENT CONDUCT  
Clients must respect the space, props, and equipment.  
No extra guests unless approved.  
Any damages caused will be the responsibility of the client.

LIABILITY  
By booking, you agree to participate at your own risk.  
Aerial Glam is not responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions (including bath products), or lost or damaged personal items.

CONTENT POLICY  
Clients may not post unedited or proof images.  
Only final edited content may be shared publicly.

AGREEMENT  
By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to all terms listed above.
