Volunteer Information for The Aerial Open Mic Night – January 4th

 

Dear Volunteer Team,

 

 

Thank you for signing up and volunteering to help make the third DFW Pole and Aerial Open Mic Night a success! Below are the event details and your responsibilities for the evening.

 

Event Details:

• Date: Saturday, January 4th

• Time: Volunteers arrive at 6:00 PM

• Showtime: 7:00 PM

• Location: @creatorsdontdie

• Theme: Arabian Nights

• End Time: The last performance is scheduled for 10:38 PM.

 

Volunteer Responsibilities:

You will be stationed at the front-end check-in area, which will include 4 volunteers working together to:

1. Check in Guests:

• Use the guest list to check in attendees as they arrive.

• Add any new walk-in guests to the list and handle payments.

2. Seating:

• Escort VIP guests to their reserved seats.

• Direct general admission guests to the seating area.

3. Wristbands:

• Ensure guests enter only with the correct colored wristband.

4. Supplies Management:

• Replenish front-end and restroom supplies as needed.

 

Please prepare to stay at your stations for the duration of the show to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.

 

Parking Details:

Parking is available at the front and back of the building. Please arrive promptly by 6:00 PM so we can go over any last-minute updates before doors open.
