Vendor Check-In Information
Thank you for being a part of the Aerial Open Mic Night! Please check in with Tammie Jacobs upon arrival. She will have a brown clipboard to assist you.
• Arrival Time: As early as 4:30 PM and no later than 6:00 PM.
• Location: 320 Regal Row, Dallas, TX. Parking is available in front and back of the building.
• Stations: All stations will be labeled with a number. Please ensure your station is completely set up by 6:40 PM.
• Wristbands: Make sure to get your wristband from Me (Tiffany). Everyone must have a wristband before 7:00 PM.
• Event Schedule:
• Doors open at 7:00 PM.
• Show starts at 7:30 PM, with 2 shop breaks during the show and an hr at the end.
• Day-of Contact: For any questions or assistance on the day of the event, please text me 682-248-1131.
