The Aerial Glam Shoot Experience

The goal is to keep shoots organized, fun, and efficient while creating high-quality content for both clients and our brands.  

1. Client Booking  
Clients book their shoot directly through the Aerial Glam website by selecting their desired experience package. Payment is collected upfront to secure their session.  

2. Shoot Preparation  
Aerial Glam handles all setup including:  
• Aerial equipment and rigging  
• Props, styling, and overall shoot vibe  
• Client communication and scheduling  

A shoot schedule will be created in advance. Any major changes will be communicated at least one month ahead when possible.  

3. Shoot Day Roles  

Kumi:  
• Captures all photos and video footage during the shoot  
• Leads photography direction and lighting  

Aerial Glam:  
• Assists with posing, flow, and transitions  
• Creates fun combos and guides clients through movement  
• Keeps track of time to ensure the shoot stays on schedule  
• Maintains a fun, high-energy, and welcoming experience for guests  

4. Editing & Delivery  

Photos (Kumi):  
• Proofs delivered within 48 hours  
• Final edited images delivered within 2 weeks after selections are made  

Videos (Aerial Glam):  
• All video content is edited by Aerial Glam for reels, promo content, and client use  

Prints:  
• Physical prints and full galleries may take up to 2 weeks for final delivery  

5. Payment Structure  
• Payment structure (revenue split or partner rate) will be agreed upon prior to each shoot  
• All payments are collected upfront through Aerial Glam  

6. Content & Promotion  
• Both Aerial Glam and Kumi can use all content for marketing and portfolio use  
• All posts will include proper tagging and credit  
• Content will be used to promote future shoots, events, and experiences
