Terms and conditions

By booking an Aerial Glam experience, you agree to the following terms:

Booking & Payment  
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session  
• All payments are non-refundable but may be transferred with proper notice  

Rescheduling  
• Clients may reschedule with at least 72 hours notice  
• Rescheduled bookings must be used within 30 days  

Arrival & Timing  
• Please arrive on time for your scheduled session  
• Late arrivals may result in reduced shoot time without refund  

Experience  
• Aerial Glam provides a guided, fun, and supportive experience  
• Assistance with posing, movement, and flow will be provided  
• Clients must follow all safety instructions during aerial activities  

What We Do Not Allow  
• No additional guests beyond what is included in your package  
• No outside photographers or videographers during sessions  
• No disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior  
• No last-minute changes to booked services or shoot structure  
• No raw/unedited photo or video requests  

Photo & Video Delivery  
• Proofs will be delivered within 48 hours  
• Final edited images will be delivered within 24–48 hours after selections are made  
• Video content is edited and delivered by Aerial Glam  

Prints & Final Galleries  
• Physical prints and full galleries may take up to 2 weeks for delivery  

Content Usage  
• Aerial Glam may use photos and videos for marketing and promotional purposes  
• Clients may also use their content for personal and social media use  

Liability  
• By booking, clients acknowledge participation in aerial activities and assume all associated risks  
• Aerial Glam is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions  

Agreement  
• By completing your booking, you agree to all terms listed above
