I’m a registered nurse, a first-gen college grad, and a free spirit who found confidence through movement. Pole and hula hooping helped me overcome depression and the weight of nursing school, teaching me self-love, sensuality, and resilience. I’ve been poling for about 2 years, starting in my living room. My journey is for anyone who’s ever felt like they weren’t enough—you are, and always have been.
