Performer Checklist for Aerial Open Mic Show Day

Heyyyyy Performers!!! It’s almost SHOWTIME!🎉🎶💃🏽

 

Arrival and Setup

‼️Parking:

✨Available in front of the building.

✨ Additional parking is in the back (access via the right side of the building).

 

⏰Arrive anytime after 3:30 PM but no later than 6:30pm.

Look for Me or Tammie (she will have a brown clipboard)

‼️Please enter into the front doors, turn left, then take a right where you see the stage and another right into the red room. 

🙆🏾‍♀️ Ensure you’re ready to stretch before your pole testing time.

 

 

What to Bring

• Clothing:

• Performance outfit(s).

• Extra change of regular clothes (if arriving early).

• Socks (optional but recommended).

• Stretching and Warm-up:

✨ Yoga mat (optional but recommended).

• Makeup and Touch-ups:

 (mirrors provided in the dressing

• Snacks and drinks will be provided in the dressing room.

• Bring extra money or cards for vendor purchases.

 

Facilities

• Dressing room with mirrors.

• You will have Bathroom access.

 

Schedule and Performances

• Stretch and test your apparatus in advance.

✨Optional Group Performances:

• Grand Entrance: Slow, freestyle movement with the group. Song: Tsar B Escalate 

• Grand Finale: Similar slow, group movement to close the show. Song:unholy

 

Housekeeping

• Keep all personal items neat and put away when not in use in the dressing room.

• Be respectful of shared spaces to maintain a professional and organized environment.

 

Photos and Behind-the-Scenes

• We will take behind-the-scenes group photos while everyone is clothed.

 

Additional Notes

• Show starts and ends on time.

• Outfit changes are optional but encouraged for variety.

• Arrive early to get comfortable and set up your space.
