Level: Beginner–Intermediate

Perfect for students new to partner pole. This class focuses on safe spotting, weight sharing, and foundational doubles tricks that work for many body types and experience levels.

3. Performance Partner Combos

Level: Intermediate / Advanced

Learn a dynamic doubles combo designed for performance. This class focuses on strength-based tricks, creative transitions, and musicality while building confidence performing with a partner.

4. Trust the Process: Partner Pole Foundations

Level: All Levels

A fun and supportive introduction to doubles pole. Students will practice trust exercises, communication techniques, and simple partner shapes while learning how to safely move together on the pole.
