First off, thank you so much for stepping into the role of Stage Manager for this upcoming show. Your collaboration and dedication mean the world, and I’m so grateful to have you as such a huge part of this journey!

We need a sound check for mics and music for performers during rehearsal dj will already have music. |

confirm starting positions and cross check with the schedule, performers, and communicate that with Dj (2performers at a time making sure to stay 1 person ahead throughout the show) |

Backstage check: *everything is organized and put away *everyone is hydrated and ready to go *the dressing room is organized and clear from chaos |

I will make sure to have someone pre assigned for the vendor demos so make sure they are confirmed and in place at least 2 minutes before. |

5 minute vendor fashion show |
I will have pre selected models and vendors for this. Make sure everyone is in place and ready 2 minutes before scheduled time. |

Bring prize to the winner or winners at their seat |
