✨ Welcome to the Aerial Glam Water Set Class Shoot! ✨

 

Hi!

We’re so excited to have you and your group today! Please share the information below with everyone attending your session so everyone knows what to expect.

📍 Location

215 Lanyard Drive
Lewisville, TX 75057

🚗 Parking

• Free street parking is available.
• Guests may park anywhere on the street.

🚪 Arrival & Check-In

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so your session can begin on time.
• The front door will be unlocked, so please come right in (no need to ring the doorbell).
• Please remove your shoes at the front door.

⬆️ Upstairs

Once inside, head upstairs to the 2nd floor pole room.

This is where everyone can:

• Leave personal belongings.
• Stretch and warm up.
• Practice any run-throughs before it’s time to film.

There is one restroom located on the second floor.

🎵 Pole Room Music

• There is a remote underneath the TV if you’d like to play or change the music while you warm up, stretch, or practice.

🚪 Finding the Water Set

The water set is located:

• Behind the red curtain
• Through the jungle hallway
• Past the swing
• Through the black door

💧 Please Bring

• Water
• A towel (I’ll have a few extras available just in case, but bringing your own is highly recommended.)

🎬 Water Set Guidelines

🎵 Music

• A small Bluetooth speaker is available inside the water room.
• You’re also welcome to bring your own speaker if you prefer.

💡 Lights

• A small remote is located on the table immediately to your left as you enter the water set room.
• Please use the remote to turn the lights on/off and adjust the lighting as desired.

❄️ Temperature

• There is a small AC unit inside the room.
• Please keep the door closed whenever possible to help maintain the room temperature.

🚫 Please Do Not

• Touch, lean on, pull, or move the black curtains for any reason.
• Move any furniture, lighting, props, equipment, or décor.
• Rearrange anything inside the water room without permission.
• Do NOT lift or open the garage door at any time. Opening the garage door can damage the water set.
• Please do not use any other rooms or areas of the house unless you’ve been given permission.

There are items stored behind the curtains that can fall or become damaged if the curtains are disturbed.

💦 Water Controls

• Please ONLY use the TOP RIGHT water lever.
• Turn the water ON only while filming.
• Turn the water OFF between takes so the room has time to drain properly.
• Please do not pull or tug on the water fixture. Simply twist the lever to turn the water on and off.

🧹 Water Cleanup

If water begins building up during your session, there is a red squeegee available.

Feel free to push excess water toward the drain/opening between takes to help keep the floor clear.

🏠 Before You Leave

Please help us keep the space beautiful by:

• Take all personal belongings with you.
• Throw away all trash before leaving.
• Please place any bathroom trash in the trash can located in the second-floor bathroom.
• Return anything you used to its original location.
• Leave the space as you found it.

⚠️ Safety

• The floor will become wet and may be slippery, especially when wearing heels.
• Please use caution at all times.
• Participation is at your own risk.
• By entering the water set, all participants acknowledge the conditions and assume responsibility for their own safety. Aerial Glam and Glam House are not responsible for slips, falls, injuries, accidents, or damage to personal belongings.

📱 Need Assistance?

Please call or text me if you need assistance. There will be someone on the third floor of the house throughout your session if an urgent issue arises I will send help.
